Perilous Skies

A few months ago asked me if I would be interested in collaborating on a piece with her.  As both a talented artist and one who has really been able to grasp the KP style of drawing in a relatively short amount of time, I was eager to take her up on her offer.  We discussed some ideas and settled on going back to one of my more popular concepts of KP in Steampunk form (we wanted a challenge)

So we settled on this idea.  A pic which was somewhat (okay a lot) inspired by some of the artwork used in Bioshock Infinite where Booker was diving through the air after Elizabeth.  I thought the look of it would translate well and as you can see my hunch was right.

Sarah drew out Kim using my design I had made up for her here - hotrod2001.deviantart.com/art/…) and then she came up with Ron's look by herself.  Afterwards went in and added all of the colors, shadings and light as well as Drakken and Shego after her college began cutting into her free time.  

Overall I think it came out great and our two styles seemed to mesh very well.  Maybe so well that we'll do another one down the road!
